100th Anniversary Logo Contest

Illinois State Police (ISP) will celebrate its 100th Anniversary in 2022.  In anticipation of the anniversary, the Illinois State Police Heritage Foundation (ISPHF) is hosting a logo design contest open to active ISP employees, retirees, and the public. Prizes will be awarded to the top three logo design winners!

Welcome to the Illinois State Police Heritage Foundation Website

The purpose of the Foundation is to: preserve and present the history, evolution, and development of the Illinois State Police; educate the public, specifically the youth, concerning the roles, functions and contributions of civilian and sworn employees; provide means for the law enforcement agency and the community to foster better relations through positive interaction; and promote an understanding of police work that will increase the general public's awareness of this work, support departmental recruitment efforts, and strengthen pride in law enforcement activities and accomplishments.

Goals of ISPHF

  • To raise funds to expand the museum and create a research center dedicated not only to ISP personnel, but to all law enforcement personnel.
  • Expand our youth education with special programs to encourage them to consider law enforcement as a career.
  • To honor the the contribution and dedication of the men and women of the Illinois State Police, who created the image and character of the department
